Dentures & Partials

denture

If you have lost some, or all, of your natural teeth, whether from periodontal disease, tooth decay, or injury, complete implant dentures or partial dentures can replace your missing teeth and your smile. Replacing missing teeth will benefit your appearance and your health. Without support from the implant denture, facial muscles sag, making a person look older. You will also be able to eat and communicate better – things that people often take for granted until their natural teeth are lost.

Approximately four to five visits are necessary to accomplish the proper specialized measurements, impressions of the upper and lower jaws, bite relation, and color. Most people will need a few adjustments before the implant denture feels completely comfortable.

It may take some time to become acclimated to your new appliance when you are eating or speaking. It will take good communication with the doctor and staff and some patience before all issues are addressed.

"...his commitment to on-going professional development demonstrates how important it is to him to learn new developments in dentistry."
